Certified Appraisals
The hallmark of our company is the knowledge we have for accurate appraisals. Alex Davis & Associates Inc. provides our clients with accurate, certified appraisals of their assets. Our certified appraisals are widely accepted by banks and other financial institutions, government agencies, accountants and insurance companies, as being truly reflective of the market values of the day.

Appraisals may be conducted utilizing different definitions including replacement cost, fair market value, orderly liquidation value or current auction value, all of which are sanctioned by the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.

Our Company’s services include acting on behalf of Banks and other financial institutions when the need for action arises on non-performing financing or loans.

We have long established experience ranging from execution of seizures before judgment with bailiffs, as well as voluntary surrenders.

Our experienced team of movers will carefully dismantle, pack, load and transport the smallest professional office to the largest piece of machinery, to entire manufacturing plants.

Assets are transferred to our secure, modern warehouse facility and auction centre located in Montreal. Upon instructions from the lender, we will then prepare the assets for sale by public auction or through private negotiation and maximize our client’s return
