This machine is made in Canada,
entirely of Stainless steel by Packaging Machines Technologies Inc.
The electrical requirements are
220V 1phase 15 amps, and air of 80 psi will be required.
The machine was previously used in
a food plant to package sliced pickles along with juice,
however it does not have a feeding system attached to it, this sale is only for
the bagger.
The machine comes with one former, mfg by Formers of Houston with a serial
number of 98411,
and is stamped E.Z. Pak 9.000 and 8.250. The former width is 6” wide x 17” long
and has a hopper on top the size at its widest poin ti 28” wide x 16” across.
The vertical sealer is 14” and the horizontal sealing jaws are 14”
Currently the machine is set up to accomadate 20” wide film, but maximum web
size is approx 26”
The machine is equipped with a Norwood Hot Stamp Printer mod. AKS-7, Serial No.
785121, and has an electric eye for photo registration of pre printed bags.
The sealing areas and moving parts are housed behind plexiglass covers with a
cut off switch for door open.
The control panel features independant controls for back seal temp, Jaw temp,
Impulse sealing temp, and a bag counter. Also switches for Automatic and Manual
cycling.
The control panel interior is very
clean, and the machine operates with an Omron PR015 PLC
The machine footprint is 84” long x 44” wide x 89” high
Machine can be used for liquid bagging for such products as water, milk, juice,
punch etc, or for solid & liquid combinations, or solids, depending on the type
of feed mechanism you choose to add.
