Automatic Case Packer w/integrated case sealer

This is an outstanding opportunity to purchase a brand new machine, at a price that is less than half of the original selling price. Due to the bankruptcy of the buyer, the manufacturer of this machine must
sell at a distress price, a brand new Automatic Case Packer with integrated Case sealer.

This packer can do both boxes or wrapped trays at speeds up to 10 cartons per minute (depending on box size and quantities)

Tray/Box configurations are variable and case ranges are:

Length: Min 10” Max 20”
Width: Min 16” Max 16”
Height Min 5” Max 18”

The case packer is equipped with a 5' long motorized magazine for folded case blanks, which are automatically fed to the case packer.
The case packer itself has a 10' long infeed conveyor.
Product can be fed flat on the infeed conveyor, and features a riser to bring boxes upright if desired.

Once collated into the desired configuration, vacuum suckers automatically transfer the cases into the erected carton. Carton flaps are then closed by the adjustable guides, and sealed with top and
bottom 3m taping heads.

Changeover is approximately 30 minutes, by using handwheels and digital position indicators.

The case packer is a heavy duty construction, the framework is one piece, welded structure fabricated from tubular and angle steel made from Stainless steel and Anodized aluminum.

The case packer included the vacuum system, and is fitted with Lexan barrier guards with safety interlock switches, elevated frame for easy clean up, and a dust proof control panel.
All pneumatics are FESTO Cylinders.

The system is operated by an OMRON PLC, with a touch screen operator interface.

208V, 3 phase, 60 HZ electrical supply, and 80 PSI Air is required.
