Packaging System and Roller
Die Cut Machine.
The skin packaging machine is a model SPS 1824. This is a very versatile system
ideal for wrapping display items products for storage or for shipping. The cycle
is completely automatic and includes a
film cut off system. An operator manually loads boards and products, then
activates the system
for automatic cycling. Once sealed the operator removes the sealed products and
uses the infeed or ourfeed tables to enable the next cycle.
Motions and functions of the machine are coordinated by a PLC Control panel with
touch buttons

Additionally, with the skin package machine we have a NEVER USED Starview RP
28-2 Roller pressure cutter. This is a reversible power drive roller machine
which can be fed from either end.
Manually raised & lowever from either side to accomadate product introduction.
The RP-28 has a Maximum cutting area width of 28” and a conveyour width of 30.5”
with a maximum product height of 6”. The roler diameter is 7.5” and it is
equipped with a 2HP 220v 3ph motor.
The overall dimensions are
114.4” x 45” wide by 53” high, with a working height of 34.5” and an approx
weight of 850 lbs.
Also included will be five sets of dies of various dimension.
