Fully integrated vertical form fill seal system manufactured by PACKAGE MACHINE INC.
This system was previously located at a global food manufacturing company, and was previously doing 300 gram bags of chocolate chips. Included with this system, is the main machine which is a package machine Two Lane vertical form fill seal machine. Atop the bagger is an Eagle Brand 20 bucket Radial scale system. The scales are controlled by two PLC controllers that are tied into the main panel of the system. Each PLC controls 10 scales each feeding one of the bagging lanes. In addition, you will also receive the bucket elevator to bring the product up from ground level to the scale, as well as one in line metal detector. Each lane of the bagger is fitted with a Norwood hot stamp printer, and eyes for pre printed bags.

The machine was in full service when removed from the plant, however, since it is disconnected from its control panel, we cannot offer an under power demonstration. However, inspection off-power is welcomed.
