High speed capsule sorter designed to weight inspect pharmaceutical capsules and automatically separate acceptable capsules from those that are either too heavy or too lights.

The method compares actual capsule weight to preset limits utilizing the onboard computer.

The unit is designed for nominal speeds of up to 2000 capsules per minute, but in actual practice can exceed that.

Electrical requirements are 120V, 1.5 amps, 50/60 hz, 1ph.
Dimensions are 77” high x 43” length x 56” width and the weight is 460 lbs.

The machine is in good order, however the glass disk has broken and needs replacing. The machine is presently equipped for #2 capsules, but other change parts can be acquired and are available from #00 to #4
 

Instruction manual and notes from previous owner will be included with the machine. We will skid and prepare the unit for safe shipping on the purchaser behalf at no additional charge, however crating will be extra.
