Continuous motion cartonner, starting from a pre-glued straight or reverse tuck
carton flat will automatically retrieve blank from magazine, overprint and stamp
date or reference number on lower flap of carton, erect the carton, then close
lower carton flaps and open upper flaps, transfer to filling area, then closure
of upper flap and discharge.
Speeds up to 120 Cartons per minute, and is designed with Carton and Leaflet infeed and closed carton discharge all on the same side so a single operator can
deal with loading and discharge operations.
Designed for small and medium production volumes, and adjustments are
individually motorized and controlled by push buttons.
