Eagle Infinity Vertical Form Fill and Seal bagger
Form Fill and Seal System, built in the United
States and ready for immediate shipping. The system was recently removed from a
Spice operation. This system is comprise of the following components.
Eagle Infinity Vertical Form Fill and Seal bagger, capable of packaging
registered film into pillow bags as well as gusseted bags. Included are three
formers for differing bag sizes, touch screen interface with the capability of
storing over 100 different recipes.
Furthermore, the system is equipped with an All-Fill Auger Filler, model
AF-B-300-01, and comes with free flow and non-free flow tooling, c/w hopper and
level controls.
Furthermore, The system is equipped with a Spee-Dee Volumetric cup filler, model
CHE-386, c/w 8 sets of cups, and has an automatic 6” wafer BFV sureflow
butterfly valve.
Furthermore, The system is equipped with a horizontal screw conveyor to transfer
product from the infeed tote bins direct to the all fill.
Finally, The infrastructure platform designed for the system, includes
staircases and forklift loading portals.
Downstream equipment and tote bins pictured sold separately.
System has been professionally rigged out, and can be inspected at your
convenience at our warehouse in Eastern Canada.
