This unit is designed for heavy duty, continuous running operation.
It is a semi-automatic in that the pre-formed blisters are automatically fed and
placed in their tooling nests,
then the operator places the product in the blister, the card is next fed
automatically into position and sealed,
with automatic positive ejection of the finished product.
This is a 6 station machine
capable of blistering up to 40 to 80 packages per minute, depending on size.
Machine cycling rate: 10 to 20 cycles per minute.
Heater size: 10” x 14”
Maximum standard blister depth: 2-1/4”
