A Swen Ultrasonics Blue Wave Ultrasonic Cleaning System.
This is a Console Type System
consisting of tanks.
The First Tank is the Console UltraSonic Cleaner, type number 3272201-1040,
serial number 1020. 230 volts
1 phase electrical requirements. The overall dimensions are 30” x 29” x 34”
high. The internal dims are 18” x 25” x 14.5” deep, and is finished in 14 gauge
304 Stainless Steel. The unit provides ultrasonic power of 2000 watts.
The Second tank in the console is the Console Rinse Tank. The rinse tank
provides pressure spray to flush parts for removal of residual cleaning solution
and loosened matter after withdrawl of cleaning tank. The overall dimensions are
30” x 29” x 34” high and interior dims 18” x 25” x 14.5” deep, and is as well,
finished in 14g 304 stainless steel, and operates on 240 volt 1 phase electrics.
The third tank is the Console dryer that dries the cleaned and rinsed items with
approx 350 CFM of filtered air. Thermostatically controlled to 180 deg F. It
provides quick and efficient one pass drying. This units outer dims are 30”x 29”
x 34” high, and interior is 18” x 25” x 14.5” deep, also finished in 304 S.S.
This unit also operates on 240 Volt 1 phase electrics.
The three units form a Swen Ultrasonic cleaning console system. Also included
will be all the electrical and plumbing support equipment that we have with this
item, to help reduce your start up costs.
