Harland Machine Systems Model
Saturn 800 State of the Art Rotary pressure Sensitive labelling system.
This machine is equipped with conveyors, turret, starwheels and scroll feeding
unit. It will come with all available change parts (still to be inventoried).
Further equipped with Single scroll infeed/outfeed starwheels and center plough
(with overload protection).
Furthermore, this unit is equipped with four labelling heads, 2 of which are
retractable for reloading. It is also equipped with a 5th head for applicating a
neck label.
Maximum label web width is 155 mm and length 220 mm. Upgrades for larger sizes
available as OEM from Harland. Currently configured for approx 350 bpm.
