STOCK NO: B.C.M. Bottle Orienter Unscrambler Model: 1000 Serial No. N/A B.C.M. Engineering bottle unscrambler is able to handle different sorts and sizes of bottle products. The bottles are extracted from the hopper to the vibratory table by a level sensor that is fitted to a self regulating belt. The sensor will feed the required amount of bottles vibrating table. The hopper is on casters for mobility, and can be placed in behind, to the right, or left of the machine. The bottles will descend through the channels on the vibratory table, and then to the orienter. Guides in the orienter will turn the bottles to the correct orientation. The Oriented bottles accumulate and at the bottom of each channel a finger seperates the bottles and deposits them onto the conveyor belt. Size changeover is quick and easy using the numeric controller. No tools are required. This unscrambler is ideal for symetrical and asymetrical bottlw types, for label only on one side, or for bottles with handles. The bottles, or other products, can be delivered onto vacuum belts, turntables, standard conveyor, puck for unstable products, or practically any other system |
