F. This Cryogenic Screw Conveyor system was used to minimize the loss of volatiles or flavors that occurs when grinding foods such as spices or coffee. Formerly located at a Kraft Foods Facility that has now shut down. This system consists of the following components: One Stainless Steel Acrison Feeder, model 1052 G, driven by a 1 HP 575 volt 3 phase drive. Once Stainless Steel Screw conveyor, 7” diameter x 7'6” long, jacketed for liquid nitrogen, all stainless construction, utilizes a 0.75 HP, 575v 3 phase drive.
